1. Booking & Payment Terms

All tours must be booked in advance through our official booking platforms (website, email, and authorized agents).
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a booking.
Full payment is due 14 days before the start of the tour.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, Pay-pal or other approved methods.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund provided.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
- 14 days or less: No refund.
No-shows or unused services are non-refundable.
In case Sabelli Travel and Tours cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

3. Changes to Itinerary

Sabelli Travel and Tours reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, safety, or other operational reasons.
If a major change is made prior to departure, customers will be notified and given alternatives.

4. Travel Insurance

All participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, personal belongings, and accidents.
Sabelli Travel and Tours is not liable for any losses not covered by travel insurance.

5. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations at the time of booking. Clients to also kindly formally inform the company on any dietary requirements, allergies and food intolerances without fail.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel.
Sabelli Travel and Tours adheres to local safety regulations and guidelines.

6. Passports, Visas & Documentation

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, permits, and other documentation required for travel.
Sabelli Travel and Tours does not assume responsibility for delays or issues caused by improper documentation.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every care to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Sabelli Travel and Tours is not liable for:
- Acts of God, force majeure, weather-related cancellations
- Injuries, losses, or damages sustained during travel
- Delays or disruptions caused by third-party service providers

8. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to respect local cultures, wildlife, environments, and fellow travelers.
Sabelli Travel and Tours reserves the right to remove any client who behaves inappropriately, without refund.

9. Use of Photos and Media

Photos and videos taken during tours may be used by Sabelli Travel and Tours for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be featured, please notify us in writing before the tour. Alternatively inform your tour guide during tour.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa (as applicable).
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
